Then as we move through life we pick up new responsibilities and most of us unfortunately begin to neglect the initial one: our bodies!

We are from an early age indoctrinated, often by well-meaning parents "I'll get you some chocolate if you get good grades" (sound familiar?) we become conditioned to view often unhealthy and fatty foods as a reward. This all too often shifts as we enter adulthood as a treat for just getting through the day successfully. I know many people in their 30's 40's and even 50's who will sneak off for a candy bar if they feel low in order to "reward" themselves and reassure that everything is going to be alright.
